Electronic Communication Agreement

Consent to Electronic Delivery.

You specifically agree to receive and/or obtain any and all Chime Visa® Debit Card ("Chime") and related "Electronic Communications" (defined below) via www.chimecard.com or any personal device with access to the Internet (the “Authorized Device”). The term "Electronic Communications" includes, but is not limited to, any and all current and future notices and/or disclosures that various federal and/or state laws or regulations require that we provide to you, as well as such other documents, statements, data, records and any other communications regarding your Chime relationship or relationships with a 3rd party you enter into on behalf of your relationship with Chime. You acknowledge that you have an Authorized Device capable of accessing the Internet. Your access to this page through this Authorized Device verifies that your device meets these requirements. You accept Electronic Communications provided by Chime as reasonable and proper notice, for the purpose of any and all laws, rules, and regulations, and agree that such electronic form fully satisfies any requirement that such communications be provided to you in writing or in a form that you may keep.

Paper version of Electronic Communications.

You may request a paper version of an Electronic Communication. You acknowledge that Chime reserves the right to charge you a reasonable fee, if applicable, for the production and mailing of paper versions of Electronic Communications. To determine if a fee applies, please consult your current Account Agreement for an up-to-date list of fees. Revocation of electronic delivery.

You have the right to withdraw your consent to receive/obtain Electronic Communications from Chime at any time. You acknowledge that Chime reserves the right to restrict or terminate your access to any and all related products if you withdraw your consent to receive Electronic Communications. If you wish to withdraw your consent, contact us at (844) 244-6363 or support@chimecard.com.

Valid email address, notification and updates.

Your valid email address is required in order for you to obtain services from Chime. You agree to keep Chime informed of any changes in your email address. You may modify your email address by accessing your account through any Authorized Device, by sending notice to support@chimecard.com or by calling (844) 244-6363. Chime may notify you through email, www.chimecard.com, or by mobile notification when an Electronic Communication or updated Agreement pertaining to Chime is available. Chime may also use email, www.chimecard.com or mobile notifications for Electronic Communications. It is your responsibility check these sources regularly for Electronic Communications and to check for updates to the Agreement.

Hardware, software and operating system.

You are responsible for installation, maintenance, and operation of your computer, device, browser and software. Chime is not responsible for errors or failures from any malfunction of your computer, device, browser or software. Chime is also not responsible for computer viruses or related problems associated with use of an online system or device. To obtain electronic services and communications, your consent is indicated by acceptance to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. It is recommended that you print a copy of the Agreement for future reference.
