The Position

We’re looking for a senior product manager to lead two of our most important product areas: Risk and Support. As we continue to invest in growth, scaling these two parts of our business is our top priority. Your product team will craft an approach that delights our members and makes our operations teams leaner and more efficient. In this role, you will:

Responsibilities

  • Help develop clear objectives for reducing risk losses and member support costs while increasing member satisfaction, with autonomy to accomplish them how you see fit
  • Define the product strategy and roadmaps for Risk and Support, working closely with business teams to evaluate and prioritize major investments in these areas
  • Build products across a wide range of platforms, from internal tools and automation to consumer-facing features in our mobile apps that advance Risk and Support goals
  • Partner with engineering, QA, design and analytics teams to define, build and iterate on new products
  • Play a leading role on our cross-functional Risk and Support teams to develop the right overall strategy, clearly communicate product progress, and achieve top-level business goals
  • Make decisions based on a wide range of data, using best practices to research, develop and test your hypotheses
  • Begin as a senior individual contributor and transition quickly into managing a team of PMs

About You

  • 5+ years of experience in product management.
  • Degree in computer or data science a plus.
  • Prior fintech experience a plus, especially with risk and support products, or experience building B2B or workflow-heavy products
  • Proven ability to ship beautiful products quickly, without shying away from the hard stuff
  • Hardworking, empathetic, and collaborative, with a track record of success working in fast-paced, cross-functional teams
