The Position

We’re looking for an energetic, organized and resourceful Office and Operations Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a jack- or jill-of-all-trades excited to keep our headquarters running smoothly and to create a happy, positive working environment. Job duties will cover office management, administrative support, employee onboarding and other HR tasks, and some financial operations.


  • Coordinate an office move and manage the setup of a beautiful new office space
  • Keep our office immaculate: clean, organized, stocked, and working smoothly for our high functioning team
  • Serve as our facility manager by liaising with building management and other key vendors and contractors
  • Lead the on-boarding of new hires; deliver day 1 setup, coordinate new hire orientation and manage key onboarding paperwork
  • Drive employee success by serving as a POC for your colleagues on benefits, policies and tools
  • Support hiring managers by scheduling interviews and providing a great onsite candidate experience
  • Manage key corporate operations and administration, including insurance policies, company registrations and compliance requests
  • Provide scheduling and logistical support to the Leadership team
  • Provide financial operations support to our Finance team
  • Plan and coordinate activities and events (e.g., team outings, company parties, in-office events, etc.)

About You

  • You have 2+ years experience in office management; experience with financial operations and HR software a plus
  • You have a proven ability to manage concurrent projects and competing priorities
  • You have excellent organization and communication skills
  • You’re a hustler who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
