The Position

We are seeking a Growth Manager to lead our paid social user acquisition efforts. This role reports to the Head of Growth and works collaboratively with a number of team members across the organization including Design, Analytics, Product, Member Services, and Engineering. Success in this role means acquiring high quality members while meeting our unit economic and growth goals.


  • Build, manage, and optimize acquisition campaigns with a focus on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Partner with marketing and design team members to define creative needs and the creative development process.
  • Manage and monitor performance against acquisition goals, and help define and calculate those goals based on business objectives.
  • Use analytics/data to understand our members in depth, identify the key drivers to increase member LTV, and convert this data into actionable insights to acquire more high value members.
  • Continually test, iterate and optimize campaigns to maximize results using multivariate and A/B testing models.

About You

  • You have expert knowledge and experience working with a variety of channels including search, social and mobile as well as experience driving viral growth tactics.
  • You are metrics driven and think in terms of LTV and ROI.
  • You have 2+ years of experience in either marketing, user acquisition, or online/mobile campaign management with an emphasis on Paid Social.
  • You have strong analytical skills and experience working in metrics-driven businesses.
  • You are data driven and are passionate about performance marketing.
  • You have a passion for problem solving. You are able to tackle new and unfamiliar problems--to break them down into manageable bits and solve them.
  • You have experience with both A/B and multivariate testing to improve creative and conversion funnels.
  • You have a willingness to ‘roll-up your sleeves' wherever needed to help drive the business forward.
  • You are able to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively across teams.
